Model Release: I understand that Hatched Photography may use my photos and likeness in all forms for advertising, blog, portfolio, stock photography and/or other promotional materials. I give permission to use images for these purposes.

Policies: These policies are in place so that there are no surprises. I want your experience to be the best possible. ~Session deposit: A $100 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Remainder of session fee is due on the day of the shoot.~Online Gallery: Within 3 weeks from your session a private gallery will be available to view your images. Christina will choose the best images for your gallery. Your gallery will be available for viewing and ordering for 2 weeks. You may share your gallery link with family and friends. ~ Your high resolution digital files will be delivered via direct download on the day your gallery is released directly from your gallery. Please back up your files. ~Copyright: Hatched Photography holds copyrights to all images taken in session. Included in the session fee are your rights to print your images. However, proper photo credit will need to be given if images are to be displayed online or print publication.~Photographic Failure: If in the unlikely event there is a photographic failure, that is beyond the photographer's control, Hatched Photography's liability is limited to the refund of all moneys paid. ~Final Sales: Do to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final.
